WHITE TEA organic - CLIPPER
White tea is a tea made from the buds and young shoots of the tea bush (Camellia sinensis). The name comes from the fine, silvery-white hairs on the unopened buds of the plant, which give the buds their silvery-white colour.
When brewed, white tea gives a pale yellow, transparent honey (it is also called peach) infusion. It feels like an exquisite drink with subtle flavours that vary depending on the variety and ageing of the tea. The palate is dominated by herbal and floral notes with fruity and honey undertones.
The main difference between white tea and all the others is the most careful processing of raw materials. Such tea is not subjected to fermentation, but only dried in conditions close to natural.
The entire preparation cycle is represented by the following scheme: raw material assembly - drying - drying (air or mechanical) - sorting - finished tea.
INGREDIENTS: Organically grown white tea.
CLIPPER believe simple is better and that’s true for their tea and packaging, too.
