APPLE CIDER VINEGAR
Our apple cider vinegar is made from organically grown apples in Somerset farm without added concentrates. Unlike conventional brands, it is naturally fermented by a small local producer for 3 years without additives that speed up the fermentation process. It is not filtered or pasteurised and still contains aceatobactors (mother-of-vinegar).
