A dark intensely flavoured vinegar original from Modena. It is not as viscous as some traditional vinegars , yet it has aromatic and has a very pleasant sweet and sour taste with rich fruity notes. Balsamic vinegar is said to improve overall skin health given its antioxidants, reduce blood sugar. This acid acetic also contains probiotics which promote smoother digestion.

HOW TO ENJOY
Just a few drops of traditional balsamic vinegar in a salad will perfectly complement the taste of a regular olive oil dressing. But don't limit yourself to salad dressings. This product is able to ennoble almost any dish. For example, a meat dish will reveal new flavors after adding a few drops of balsamic vinegar at the end of cooking.
Mixing a little balsamic with fresh olive oil makes a delicious salad dressing. Balsamic is also well suited for marinades. In this case, the taste of the dish acquires a delicate taste. Balsamic vinegar for seafood is a great addition. For example, rice with squid or shrimp with avocado.
