
BLACK RICE TAHINI SALAD
This salad is a king of salads. You simply won't get hungry soon. Yet it is 100% plant based and gluten free.
The black rice has been soaked for 4 hours before rinsing and cooking it. There is a lot of fresh dill, pomegranate and cucumber as well as loads of toasted seeds added. The dressing is light and creamy, made by blending freshly made tiger nut milk, tahini, baobab powder, garlic, ginger, pomegranate molasses, black Himalayan salt, pepper and raw apple cider vinegar.
Vegan, gluten free.
