HOW TO ENJOY

Sesame seeds can be used to create an interesting black tahini and are also pretty when used to decorate Asian dishes with their white counterpart.
In cooking, black sesame first used in Asian countries, being added to sweets and halva. A pleasant-tasting paste was made from it, it had a sweet notes, despite the fact that sesame has a slightly bitter aftertaste.
You can also try sesame milk drink which is best to be consumed in the morning before breakfast. This product will provide you with necessary calcium easily absorbed by your body and it may help to reduce sweets consumption.
Sprout black sesame seeds first. To do so, take half a cup of seeds and soak them for eight hours until they absorb some water. The appearance of real sprouts will be noticeable only a day after you start soaking, but you do not need to wait for it to prepare milk. Carefully drain the water, and beat the seeds in a blender, adding a glass of clean water at room temperature and a couple of tablespoons of natural honey. You can keep mixture in a glass tight container refrigerated for a week. Take half a glass on empty stomach every morning.
