It is important to emphasize that we source cashews from ethical supplier in India only. Factory employees work on a daily contract or permanent basis. They are paid a rate, which is well above the minimum wage as per standard of living in the Bicholim area, India. The employees are also entitled to additional benefits, such as festival bonuses and flexible working hours. Employees working on the processing plants are provided with appropriate personal protective equipment to protect against injury and minimize occupational hazards.

HOW TO ENJOY
Due to its healthy fat content it is excellent for making yummy plant-based cheese that is good for your health. The transformation from nut to a creamy cheese will surprise you. It also works great sprinkled on a satay stir fry, as it adds to the creaminess and gives it a nice textured crunch.
Raw cashews are soft and milky, making them great for cocktails and recipes that require a milk or dairy substitute. Roasting adds depth to the flavour of the cashews. These nuts complement baked goods perfectly.
