HOW TO ENJOY
Soak these seeds overnight in liquid to create chia pudding. Chia seeds can also be blended into smoothies for a healthy boost.
The daily dose of chia seeds should not exceed 2-3 tablespoons per day.
Chia seeds can be consumed both in their original form and ground to a state of flour from which you can bake healthy bread. Grind the seeds in a blender or mortar. It is even possible to consume the seeds dry with water or tea.
Chia seeds will give a great taste to smoothies, porridge or fruit salad with the addition of yogurt. Just add a few spoons of seeds to your liking. A delicious and energetic breakfast is guaranteed.
