Kimchi is a unique fermented food product that originated in the natural environment and traditional cooking skills of Korea. Raw, fermented and totally alive, this jar contains vegetables and spices that have been preserved and trasformed through lacto-fermentation. Natural, packed with live, beneficial bacteria, never heated or pastuerised.
