Cocoa powder occurs when the fat, called cocoa butter, gets removed from the cacao beans during processing. The leftover dried solids get ground into the product sold as cocoa powder.
Our organic cocoa powder has a uniform reddish brown color, does not lump or stick together. Its aroma is pleasant and rich, with tangible notes of chocolate.
Cocoa beans are a natural source of antioxidants that prevent the increase in the number of free radicals in the body and fight the harmful effects of the external environment. Clinical studies have shown that the antioxidant power of cocoa is several times higher than that of apples, berries and green tea. Drinking the drink is best in the morning: the fact is that active substances such as caffeine and theobromine can disrupt sleep or make it restless.

Regular and moderate use of the powder allows you to achieve a surge of vigor and recover faster after intense physical activity. Small portions of the drink without milk and sugar will help you in the regular workouts, which are so important for losing excess weight. Also, cocoa provokes the production of endorphins and serotonin - hormones responsible for a good mood, this is important, since a low-carb diet is often accompanied by excessive irritability.

Our cocoa powder has unlimited cooking options. Make hot chocolate, add to smoothies or breakfast bowls or use in baking.
There are several ways to prepare cocoa from powder, but the traditional version with milk (or mylk) is the most popular which keeps the taste soft. To prepare one cup, you need 2 tablespoons of the powder, a glass of milk (or mylk) and sugar to taste. Mix all the components, grind the lumps that appear and beat with a whisk, cook over low heat, preferably without boiling.
