Desiccated coconut are a product popular all over the world, which is a white granular grits with a delicate pleasant taste. It is obtained by grinding fresh coconut pulp and further drying at high temperature, it usually retains about 3% of its moisture.
After cooling, the shredded coconut is carefully sieved.
