Fusilli, named after the ÒfusoÓ, an ancient tool used to spin wool, is a thick, solid corkscrew-shaped dry pasta, originating from Southern Italy where fresh spaghetti was rolled and twisted around thin rods to dry. It is made using a carefully selected artisanal method where the pasta is slowly dried at low temperature.
Our dry pasta is a robust foundation for a satisfying meal which will disenable your later on the day cravings. Also provides you with sustained energy and is low in sodium.

HOW TO ENJOY
Fusilli works well with lighter, smoother sauces which will cling to the twists, such as pesto, added to soups, or turned into a salad. Let it cook for around 8 minutes accordingly to your taste and to the dish you are cooking.
