Or why not taking a slight different twist and add it to your go-to summer salad? Start by boiling the penne for 10-12 minutes with some salt in large quantity of water. Drain and rinse. Add a drizzle of olive oil and let it sit on the fridge. When you are ready, add it on to your salad with nuts and seeds to your taste.
