Macadamia nuts are lovely and creamy and match well with white chocolate. Add these to a brownie recipe for a tasty, nutty variation on a classic.
Nuts are a source of good fats, fibre and protein. Macadamia nuts are in particular rich in antioxidants that prevent cellular damages.
A large amount of Omega-3 in nuts reduces blood cholesterol levels, and a high calcium content makes the nut especially useful for diseases of the joints, bones, teeth.
In addition, they help to normalize the functioning of the nervous system, to enhance immunity, to improve memory, vision and help to normalize the amount of glucose in the blood.

HOW TO ENJOY
It is raw that Macadamias hold the most nutritious value. However, you may also enjoy them roasted with a sprinkle of sea salt and a drizzle of our blossom honey (or any other sweetener really). They are also suitable to make home-made nut butter and cheese.
Crushed macadamias are also used in salads, as well as served with seafood, meat and fish.
