The main component of this blend is Nam Lanh, black tea with rich, full taste, but without excessive bitterness and astringency. It is fair trade tea coming from the Yگn B‡i region of Vietnam. Indigenous to the region, some of the wild trees from which the tea is harvested are thought to be more than 300 years old. They have deep roots that can access minerals in the soil which give the tea its characteristic flavour and long after-taste.
Due to its natural composition, this drink has not only a pleasant taste, but also a huge number of useful properties coming from the spices. The most valuable ingredient in cloves is eugenol, which is clove oil. It is this that gives the spice such a specific aroma. And the healing properties of this spice are associated with it. Clove and, in particular, clove oil has analgesic, antispasmodic, antimicrobial effects. Asian doctors claim that cinnamon helps to improve the digestive process, induces appetite, strengthens the stomach, and increases the secretion of gastric juice.

HOW TO ENJOY

For optimal taste and aroma brew 1 teaspoon of the blend in a cup of boiled water (95C) for 5 minutes. Enjoy with or without milk.
