PEARL BARLEY organic
Pearl barley is made from crushed, polished grains of barley, which is one of the most ancient cereals cultivated by man. Barley is a multicultural grain that appears to be one of the oldest cultivated grains, it has been used in breads, beverages as well as daily meals for about 10000 years.
Barley as a whole grain is a major source of dietary fiber, vitamins, and minerals that get lost in refined or "enriched" grains. Consuming barley might have benefits for the heart, blood pressure, and bones.
It also contains a large amount of the essential amino acid lysine, which is a material for building protein. Lysine improves overall health, helps with depressive episodes, is effective against viruses, rejuvenates the entire body and facial skin.
