RASPBERRY LEAF TEA
Native from Europe and part of Asia, this leaf is known for its sweet taste. Often referred to as "women's herb" it is said to have various antioxidants and to be especially helpful on the late stages of pregnancy. Raspberry leaf tea increases the iron content, which helps to prevent iron deficiency anaemia in pregnant women. After tea, the feeling of fatigue disappears, and the body's resistance to viral infections increases.

HOW TO ENJOY
Enjoy a warm cup of tea by infusing 1 teaspoon per each cup of water. Wait 3-7 minutes for optimal results. Add some sweetener to your taste. If you prefer to have it cold just let it chill in the fridge for a couple of hours. Add some fresh berries for a sweeter taste.
