This garlic plant-based mayo is smooth in its texture, delicious as a condiment and healthy for you. It is based on aquafaba which is a concentrated liquid that remains after cooked beans, chickpeas, beans or peas. This liquid is packed with proteins and carbohydrates, which gives it wonderful qualities that you might not have guessed about. In particular, it is an alternative substitute for eggs - 2 tbsp aquafaba is equivalent to 1 egg white. Perfect for seasoning salads, burgers or other applications where standard mayonnaise would be used.
