Sea salt flakes come in almost its natural form and provide a great source of nutrients. Sea salt is mostly composed of sodium chloride which, if consumed in a balanced manner, can help regulate blood pressure and fluid balance. It also contains essential minerals such as potassium and iron.

HOW TO ENJOY
Allowing tastes to build and evolve, they are perfect as a natural finishing salt, dissolving quickly to give an initial hit of sea saltiness and splashing a little alchemy onto the simplest of dishes. Light and crunchy, this salt is a great addition to steaks, salads, baked fish and even desserts.
Our favourite use of pure sea salt flakes is to sprinkle it on warm bread, honey and peanut butter in the morning.
