Malloreddos are often referred to as the Sardinian gnocchi. This small shell-shaped pasta is one of the most famous dishes of this Italian island. Made from Senatore Cappelli, an Italian flour, it is surely of the highest quality. Given that this is a hard grain, it makes it easier to cook our shells al dente.
