Our toasted sesame seed oil has a characteristic dark brown shade, a rich sweet nutty taste and a strong aroma (unlike light yellow sesame oil derived from raw sesame seeds, which has a less pronounced taste and smell). This oil is one of the oldest and most favourite oils used by chefs of the East. It has antibactericide and antioxidizing properties as well as the following components:

HOW TO ENJOY
Fragrant and saturated with nutrients, sesame oil has been widely used as a traditional ingredient of Indian, Japanese, Korean, Chinese and Thai cuisine. In Asian dishes sesame oil especially well combined with honey or soy sauce.
It is most often used in the preparation of pilaf, seafood dishes, deep-fried and oriental sweets, marinating meat and vegetables, dressing of meat and vegetable salads.
For those who find the aroma of sesame oil too saturated, we recommend that you mix it with peanut butter which has a softer aroma when using this product.
