TRUFFLE HUNTER - WHITE TRUFFLE OIL
Truffle oil makes food more appetizing, it invigorates the dish with its aroma, complements and enhances its taste.
Great in chicken soup or simply in salad full of greens. Take at least the root of celery - you can have it raw, you can bake it slightly so that it dries up, chop it, sprinkle it with oil - and that's it. The same artichokes are perfectly complemented by truffle oil. And it goes well with potatoes in general - even with mashed potatoes, even with French fries (we do this, with rosemary and parmesan).
In a stew - suitable for a stew with meat, which is made with wine, for example. But you should not add truffle oil where tomatoes are used: one has a very strong taste, no less strong from another - they will interfere with each other. White truffle oil has less intense flavour than than the black one.
