WHOLEMEAL FLOUR organic
Wholegrain flour is an indispensable product for everyone who prefers to eat healthy. It is obtained by coarse grinding, so it contains not only endosperm (like fine flour), but also the shell of the grains and their embryos. Thanks to the special grinding, all vitamins and minerals, plant fibers and even fatty acids are preserved in the product.
Wholemeal flour is typically healthier and fibre-richer than the regular white flour.
Regular consumption of products made from whole grain flour helps to normalize the digestive tract, has a positive effect on the condition of the skin and hair, improves vision and the general condition of the central nervous system, and regulates metabolism.

HOW TO ENJOY
Most often, wholegrain flour is used to bake homemade bread. It turns out to be very tasty and has a pleasant aroma. If desired, it can be mixed with fine flour to give the baked goods a special taste.
Note! Whole grain flour dough requires more water: coarsely ground grain absorbs a lot of moisture when it swells. Therefore, the bread is denser.
Wholewheat flour is used to prepare any homemade baked goods in the same way as from ordinary wheat flour:
- pancakes, pancakes, tortillas, crumpets;
- dumplings and noodles;
- pies and muffins;
- all kinds of cookies;
