Produced with artisanal methods within a family business, our wholewheat fettuccine is made with the finest Sicilian and organic selection of Timilia. Timilia is an old variety of short-cycle durum wheat widely appreciated for its strength and resistance to droughts.
Given its production process wholegrain dry pasta is healthier than the normal one has it retains further nutrients and tends to be lower in calories.
This shape is very similar to tagliatelle, but made without eggs, therefor is suitable for vegan diet.

HOW TO ENJOY
Remember to cook it in a large enough pan so it can move freely and avoid it sticking together. For the latter, we also suggest keeping steering throughout the cooking time. Let it cook for around 7 minutes accordingly to your taste and to the dish you are preparing.
