Fusilli, named after the ÒfusoÓ, an ancient tool used to spin wool, is a thick, solid corkscrew-shaped dry pasta, originating from Southern Italy where fresh spaghetti was rolled and twisted around thin rods to dry. It is made using a carefully selected artisanal method where the pasta is slowly dried at low temperature.
Given its production process wholegrain dry pasta is healthier than the normal one has it retains further nutrients and tends to be lower in calories.

HOW TO ENJOY
Our wholewheat fusilli comes full of fiber, proteins and vitamin E which are in the bran and germ. It is ideal for a dry pasta bake or as a side to your favourite meat or veggies. The fusilli shape makes it perfect for thick and creamy coatings. Remember to keep the water where you boiled the dry pasta to make your sauce even tastier. Let it cook for around 8 minutes accordingly to your taste and to the dish you are cooking.
