This is organic mix of unpolished long-grain brown rice, Camargue rice and wild rice Ð all whole grain rice with excellent taste and extraordinary texture. This mix has a somewhat nutty taste and chewy texture.
The aroma from red rice contains notes of toasted bread and almonds, on the palate - nutty notes. Most rice calories come from its carbohydrate content. Given that the germ of the rice is left intact, this rice mix possesses richer nutritional values. Rice is easy to digest, boiled well, while maintaining its shape. The low calorie and high nutrient contents make wild rice a nutrient-dense food. It's a very impressive source of minerals and a great plant-based protein source. Wild rice boasts impressive amounts of several nutrients, including protein, manganese, phosphorus, magnesium, and zinc.

HOW TO ENJOY
30 minutes before cooking, you might soak the rice in cold water so that they absorb moisture, this way the rice shell will retain its shape.
With a ratio of rice to water of 1:3 (or similar depending on how sticky or dry you prefer), cook for 30 minutes.
Boiled wild rice mix can be used as a side dish or as an ingredient in salads and hot dishes. It is included in recipes for paella, pilaf and other national dishes, and goes well with seafood.
